The Clinical Observation Of The Care Network Eyesight Casual Treatment Of Vitreous Hemorrhage And Retinal Protective Effect Of Preliminary Experimental Study

Objective:Observation of clinical effect in applying Huwangmingmusan( HWMMS ) in treatment of vitreous hemorrhage and study the pathomorphology change on the experimental vitreous hemorrhage retinal tissues .Seeking the traditional chinese medicine `s best opportunity to treat the vitreous hemorrhage and using drug regularity.Screeing of an effective Chinese medical formulary to popularization and application .Methods:1 The part of clinical observation :The clinical study was carried out in the department of ophthalmology on the first affiliated hospital of Gui yang college of traditional Chinese medicine and department of ophthalmology of linyi people'hospital in shan dong province . Adopting the investigaton object was the patient in vitreous hemorrhage on the hospitalization and outpatient . According the inclusion and exclusion criteria to collected cases . Observation of the hemorrhage absorbing situation after 4 weeks treatment .2 The part of the experimental :Adopting the object was rabbit experimental vitreous hemorrhage. We divided 48 rabbits with randomly into the A group is a normal control group ,the B group is a modal group,the C group is a traditional chinese medicine group(HWMMS )and the D group is a western medicine group(entodan). The A and C group were done nothing , the C group was treated by HWMMS,the D group was injected with entodan injection solutions . Six rabbits of the four group were killed randomly in the 4th and 8th week and their retinal tissues were send to pathomorphology examination at the same time the search on the vitreous proliferative membrane and the hemorrhage absorbing situation were carried out .Results:1 The clinical observation showed that the HWMMS group is more significantly promoting absorbing than the modal group .2 The experimental investigation:Each group in the experimental vitreous hemorrhage have significantly difference than others in 4th week and 8th week(P<0.05) .The vitreous proliferative membrane situation has significantly difference than each other in 4th week and 8th week (P<0.05).Pathomorphology was suggested that the retinal neuroepithelium tissue of the huwangmingmusan group has fewer damages than the modal group and the entodan group.Conclusions : The investigation explored HWMMS's Effect on vitreous hemorrhage by the clinical observation and the experimental .We concluded that the HEMMS has a remarkable therapeutic effect on retinal demage and promoting absorption vitreous hemorrhage .
