With the fast development of biostatistics-especially the technology of DNA Microarray(gene chip), scientists have obtained remarkable achievement in the fields of biology, medicine and disease. Gene selection has been an emphasized research method in biostatistics. To overcome the cancer, which has become a hot topic recently, also need gene selection. Statisticians have succeeded in proposing new statistics and methods to solve the problem of selecting differential expressed cancer gene. This article will advance a new method called "Likelihood ratio-Permutation Test", in order to select differential expressed genes under the cancer model, after the referencing of some existing research. The whole article is divided into 5 chapters. After a background introduction in chapter 1, chapter 2 will advance the core method. In chapter 3&4, applications to simulation and a real example will be occured. At last, we also have a sum-up and some further discussion in chapter 5.
