Clinical Management Of Pediatric Care Research And Its Information Technology Systems Design And Implementation,

The Information Management System of Pediatrics Nursing (IMSPN) is an important branch in modern medical informatics. According to the requirement and development of Hospital Management Information System(HMIS), the process of pediatrics nursing,the nursing mode of clinical specialist and the managing mode are regrouped optimally, the database of IMSPN and its module is redesigned.The main content in this dissertation is below:(1) Analyzed the present situation,structure and its urgency of the IMSPN, discussed the questions and status about IMSPN at home and abroad, put forward the method of developing the IMSPN.(2) Studied the issues of traditional process of IMSPN based on the theory of operation process regrouping. Designed the new operation process of Pediatrics Nursing is replenished and completed as the whole nursing mode, so that the patients is took care of in all position, which promoted the efficiency of operation, and then much routine time has been saved. So the Pediatrics Nursing is normalized, systematized and being scientific.(3) Analyzed the division of pediatric care level at home and abroad, pointed out it is necessary to divide the Chinese pediatric care level. Proposed the basic rule of the division of pediatric care level, studied the system,standard of pediatric care level and responsibility of personnel in position, bring out the rule of Performance Appraisal of personnel in pediatric care, and an information management system has been designed which work as being interactive.(4) Some issues about the present situation of CNS and developing of pediatric nursing expert, the sub system of expert, especially the purpose,the theory,the role,the ability that an pediatric nursing expert should owned,the method of reorganization and procedure of nursing expert has been studied importantly.(5) The information management system of pediatric nursing is designed by the thinking of modular design and prototyping, coded by Visual FoxPro5.0, and tested. The system we designed optimized the pediatric nursing process, promoted the efficiency of personnel in position, decreased the issues such as the losing of case history,mistake in supervision, and so on. The workload, quality, effect, efficiency and other indexes of any person can be understood by leaders as this system works. So the management of pediatric nursing can be strengthened and developed in health. Grasping the working ability, performance, style of personnel by Performance Appraisal, so the employment, training, promotion and allocation can be performed as reliable data indexes.
