Diastolic Heart Failure In Patients With Tcm Typing Characteristics

Objective:Learning modern medicine and traditional chinese medicine(TCM) on diastolic heart failure(DHF), to investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in 80 hospitalized Patienis with DHF in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from 2006 to 2010. And to Porvide some new idea in the Prevence and teratment of DHF Patients.Methods:This thesis mainly includes following parts:1.Introduce the definition,pathogeny,mechanism,diagnostic and treatment of DHF through latest literatures of western medicine.2.Discuss its characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.3.Observe 80 patients who had been diagnosed in our hospital primary DHF and differentiate syndromes.Results:1. Distribution of the 9 basic syndromes:the frequencies of the 9 syndromes occurrencing in the patients were decreasingly lined:deficiency of qi syndrome72 (24.2%),blood stasis syndrome69(23.2%),phlegm-dampness syndrome54 (18.2%),deficiency of yang syndrome43(14.5%), deficiency of yin syndrome27 (9.1%),phlegm-heat syndrome 12(4.0%),fire syndrome9(3.0),stagnation of qi syndrome8(2.7%),damp-heat ayndrome3(1.1%).2. Distribution of deficiency of qi syndrome:deficiency of heart-qi 45 (39.8%) was involved in the first place, and deficiency of spleen-qi39 (34.5%),deficiency of plung-qi 17(15.1%),deficiency of kidney-qi 12(10.6%);Distribution of deficiency of yin syndrome: deficiency of kidney-yin 23(31.1%)was involved in the first place, and deficiency of iver-yin21 (28.3%),deficiency of heart -yin21 (23.0%),deficiency of plung-yin 13(17.6%);Distribution of deficiency of yang syndrome:deficiency of spleen-yang 40(37.7%)was involved in the first place, and deficiency of heart-yang35(33.0%),deficiency of kidney yang31 (29.3%).3. In five zang-organs,heart(111) was involved in the first place,and spleen(110),kidney(66),plung(59),liver(33).Conclusions:1. deficiency of qi syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome,deficiency of yang syndrome,deficiency of yin syndrome,phlegm-heat syndrome,fire syndrome are more common.2. Distribution of deficiency of qi syndrome,yin syndrome and yang syndrome:deficiency of heart-qi,deficiency of kidney-yin,deficiency of spleen-yang was involved in the first place.3. In five zang-organs,heart was involved in the first place,and spleen,kidney,plung,liver.
