Integrative Medicine, Clinical Observations, Treatment Of Acute Cholecystitis

Purpose:To prove the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute calculous cholecystitis is better than pure western medicine therapy by using AS big entrapement soup.Material and method:Patients with acute calculous cholecystitis 51 ones and separated into two groups in random principle.26 ones in control group, and 25 ones in treatment group. The control group was given only western medicine therapy,while the treatment group was in basic western medicine trestment add big entrapement soups. both groups were in 7 days treatment.Results:After 7 days of treatment, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on acute calculous cholecystitils is better than pure western medicine therapy.
