| Purpose: Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang on hernia repair influence afteroperative quality of life.Material and method:Using modified digestive disease quality of life index (GLQI index) analysis of 60 cases of hernia repair surgery were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients, in addition to conventional Western medical treatment other than the treatment group also used Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, everyday,2 months served.Determination of the treatment group and control group patients before and after 1 week, 4 weeks after surgery, after 2 months of life quality, quality of life values using GLQI index, with 95% confidence interval that were used to compare the quality of life indexblock analysis of variance analysis using statistical software SPSS13.0.Results:Patients and control group patients treated with preoperative GLQI index were 111.3±26.1,109.5±27.0, between the two groups was not significant (P = 0.76> 0.05); after 1 week GLQI index were106.8±23.6,108.3±33.2 between the two groups was not significant (P = 0.46> 0.05); after 4 weeks GLQI index were 115.7±25.4,126.1±17.8,between the two groups was statistically significant (P = 0.02 <0.05); 2 months after GLQI index were 126.4±16.4,138.1±12.8, significantly between the two groups was statistically significant (P = 0.007 <0.05).Conclusion:The tension-free hernia repair patients after conventional western medicine during the same time taking Bu zhong yi qi tang patients can significantly improve the quality of life. |
