| Purpose:To establish a method, accessing to obtain a prescription for treating chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), through the combination of ancient and modern document.The prescription can be experimental identified, which sets a fundation for clinical usage and consequent new drug research.Material and method:Master the rule of symptoms differentiation and medication through database management system of Puji Fang and modern document, so as to make the prescription of Buqixiaopi decoction, which can treat CFS effectively.Test the effect of Buqixiaopi decoction through 3 parts of pharmacological experiment. 1st: 70 mice with half femal were divided into 7 groups-normal, model, Buqixiaopi decoction low dose (6.5g.kg-1.d-1), middle dose (13g.kg-1.d-1), high dose (26g.kg-1.d-1), on the basis of weight, Shengli capsule (0.546g.kg-1.d-1), Amino acid capsul (0.273g.kg-1.d-1). Ig. once a day for 7 days, record the time of weight loading swimming, and groping in water maze, calculate the spleen index; the 2nd and 3rd : the group division is the same as 1st part, except substituting Amino acid with dexamethasone (0.39mg.kg-1.d) to test DHR and serum hemolysin content. Apply the the software of SPSS15.0 for windows on processing the result, indicated on the form of (x|-)±s. The differences between every two groups are processed by LSD, identify P<0.05 as the standar of statistic essence.Result:1.Compared with model mice, the swimming time of Buqixiaopi decoction groups (low, middle, high) is prolonged obviously (P<0.01);2.Compared with model mice, the time of groping in water maze is shortened obviously (P<0.01);The differences in spleen index are not obvious (P>0.05); 3.Compared with model mice, the weight differences between both ears are decreased (P<0.01);4.Compared with model group, the A value is increased (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Buqixiaopi decotion can prolong the time of weight loading swimming, has the antifatigued effect.2.Buqixiaopi decotion can shorten the time of groping in water maze, so as to improve the learning capacity and memory.3.Buqixiaopi decotion can inhabit DHR due to 2,4-DNCB, so as to improve cellular immunity. |
