We investigate the effect and mechanism of 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment which "promoting growth of tissue regeneration" through the Clinical and Experiment researeh.OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects and safety of15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment used in the infectious refractory wound healing by clinical researeh. Clinical researeh:METHODS:The sixty-five cases of the anal fistula Patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups:groupA(thirty-three cases as 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment), groupB(thirty-two cases as Sheng Ji YuHong Ointment). We observe the percentage of healing areas, wound-healingtime, PH changes of wound and other indicators. And summary the effect and safety of 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment used in the clinic.Experiment researeh:Animal experiments were divided into three groups:groupA:15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment with Sheng ji Yu Hong Ointment;group B:Sheng ji Yu Hong Ointment;group C:Vaseline group. According to manufacturing rabbit skin-deficit infection models, we cover the different group's wound with diffent medicine, observe wound's PH, the measurement of IL—1βand TGF-β1, the medicine to ma erophage's activation function, to discuss the effect and possible mechanism of 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment on the skin deficit infection wound healing of the rabbits.RESULTS:Clinical study:After four weeks of covering wound, two groups'healing ratio were:90.91% by 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment,75% by Sheng ji Yu Hong Ointment. The effective ratio were 9.09% and 25%. The result show that the wound healing time and the removing slough. Time were shorter in 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment than the Sheng ji Yu Hong Ointment. The method of 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment may decrease significantly the wound PH, shorten the time of the wound healing and the slough's falling off. There were remarkable different in these two groups. There were no untoward effeetion.Experimental research:The method of 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment might obviously ma erophage's activation function, It can acid the seceretion of wounds, rise the he measurement of IL—1βand TGF-β1 after a week, And finally it speeds up the injured area cicatrisation.CONCLUSION:The 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment can speeds up the injured area cicatrisation, through the methods of the seceretion of wounds' acidification, The rise of the content of IL—1βand TGF-β1 in wound tissues to achieve the goal of promoting the cicatrization of the injured area faster. The 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment is fit to dressing wound for some infection wounds such as anal fistula, it is very safety for patients in clinic. The effect is better than only using Sheng ji Yu Hong Ointment.The research was expected to provide the theory foundation of the 15% Sheng ji Hong Fen Ointment on accelerating the woundhealing. At the same time, it is the obvious science evidence that the products was securitily used in clinic.
