Zidan Particles Of Rat Paw Swelling And Delayed Type Hypersensitivity In Rats

objective:Observe the effects of ZiDan particles on rats feet swelling caused by Eggwhite and the delayed type hypersensitivity on mice auricular swelling caused by DNCB.Methods:Use 10% solution of Eggwhite cause an inflammation partly,induced rats feet swelling model;Use 1.25% DNCB acetone solution sensitized and attack the local skin,induced mice delayed type hyprsensitivity model,observe the effects of rats feet swelling and mice delayed type hypersensitivity on ZiDan particles high-dosage group,ZiDan particles medium-dosage group,ZiDan particles low-dosage group,LuoHuaZiZhu tablet group and Acetic acid prednisone tablet group,and compare the differences on swelling degree and inhibition rate between each groups.results:1.ZiDan particles high-dosage group can obviously reduce rats feet swelling after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1,2,4,6h,compared with the blank control group,P<0.01.2.ZiDan particles medium-dosage group can obviously reduce rats feet swelling after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1,2,4,6h,compared with the blank control group,P<0.05,P<0.01.3.ZiDan particles low-dosage group can reduce rats feet swelling after the the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 2,4,6h,compared with the blank control group, P<0.05,P<0.01.4.LuoHuaZiZhu tablet group and Acetic acid prednisone tablet group can obviously reduce rats feet swelling after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1,2,4,6h,compared with the blank control group,P<0.01.5.Compared ZiDan particles high-dosage group and Acetic acid prednisone tablet group,rats feet swelling degree after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1, 2,4,6h,the differences were no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05).6.Compared ZiDan particles high-dosage group with ZiDan particles medium-dosage group and LuoHuaZiZhu tablet group,the rats feet swelling of ZiDan particles high-dosage group after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1h are obviously lower than the rest groups,P<0.05;at 2,4,6h,the differences of rats feet swelling between those groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).7.Compared ZiDan particles high-dosage group with ZiDan particles low-dosage group,after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite 1,4h,the rats feet swelling of ZiDan particles high-dosage group are obviously lower than ZiDan particles low-dosage group,P<0.01,P<0.05;at 2,6h,the differences of rats feet swelling between the two groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).8.Compared with the control group,the mice auricular swelling degree on ZiDan particles high-dosage group,ZiDan particles medium-dosage group and ZiDan particles low-dosage group are obviously lower than the blank control group,P <0.05.9.Compared with the blank control group,the mice auricular swelling degree on LuoHuaZiZhu tablet group are obviously lower than the blank control group,P< 0.05.10.Compared with the blank control group,the mice auricular swelling degree on Acetic acid prednisone tablet group are obviously lower than the blank control group,P<0.01.11.Compared the mice auricular swelling degree of ZiDan particles high-dosage group with the other groups,P>0.05.12.The inhibition rate of treatment groups from high to low in turns are Acetic acid prednisone tablet group,ZiDan particles high-dosage group,ZiDan particles medium-dosage group,LuoHuaZiZhu tablet group and ZiDan particles low-dosage group.Conclusion:1.ZiDan particles high-dosage group,medium-dosage group,low-dosage groups can reduce rats feet swelling after the inflammation caused by Eggwhite,have the effect of anti-inflammation and the Quanlity-structural-activity relationships; the effect of anti-inflammation is similar to Acetic acid prednisone tablet group.2.ZiDan particles high-dosage group,medium-dosage group and low-dosage group can significantly inhibit DTH caused by DNCB on mice,the pharmacological effects are similar to Acetic acid prednisone tablet group.
