| Objective: To find out the therapeutic effective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Western medicine(WM) combination therapy on asthma in children and the correlation between first second maximal expiratory volume (FEVT) and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF).Methods:Dividing 60 asthma in children into two groups. Group NM was treated with NM therapy;Group TCM and WM was treated with 1CM and NM combination therapy; Results:There was significant different in the treatment between Group A and group B ( P<0.00I) and no significant different between PEF and FEV1 (P0. 6423) . Conclusion: The therapeutic effective of TCM and NM combination therapy on asthma in children was higher than NM. The correlationp of FEV1 and PEF was satisfactory. |
