| Objective: The goal of this study was to determine whether sweet amygdala dulcis oil had the action of ant iaging providing evidence for its wide development. Method: With sweet amygdala dulcis oil,we prepared different concentrations(low-dose,middle-dose, high-dose group), and did drosophila melano-gaster life span experiment; Determine LPO content,SOD and GSH-Px activities in liver kidney and heart of young and aged mice; Lipids Level in serum; pathomorphology of brain. Result: Drosophila melano-gaster average life span(ALS), maximum life span (MLS)and 50% death time(DT50) in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group, SOD and GSH-Px activities were raised in organs; LPO content was decreased; Tc and LDL were decreased in serum; HDL was raised. Conclusion: Sweet atnygdala dulcis oil had action on ant iaging and adjusting Lipid Level. |
