| Internal damage is widespread in the cough caused by exogenous evils. In clinic, it is very important to notice the existence of internal damage and explore the rule of differentiation and treatment deeply. This research preliminary study exogenous cough on base of internal injury of stomach, which includes three parts: theoretical research, tutor's experience and clinical research.Based on the reviewing and summarizing the documents of the concerned theory, in the theoretical research, we inquire into the relationship of physiology and pathology between the lungs and the stomach; the lungs and the large intestine, as well as the main symptoms and signs, the pathogenesis etiology of the exogenous cough based on internal injury of stomach, then established the therapeutic principle of clarifying and descending the lungs and sending down the stomachï¼Qi, and use the Chinese herbs to treat this kind of disease.Summary of the tutor's experience: the author sum up the experience and the specific method of professor Jiang Liangduo how to recognize the foundation of internal injury ,whose train of thought and therapeutic methods are to treat the lungs, the stomach and the large intestine simultaneously,to attach importance to the influence of internal injury to the exogenous cough.Clinical study: 90 patients diagnosed in The Third Hospital of Beijing University according as diagnostic standards were divided into three groups stochastically:therapy group, control group I and control group II, each group has 30 patients, the therapy group was treated by the method of clarifying and descending the lungs and the stomach, the antiï¼cough decoction; the control group I was given acute bronchitis syrup and Jiawei Baohe pills; the control group II only given acute bronchitis syrup, after seven day's treatment, the results show that the efficiency of the therapy group is 80%, that is higher than both of the control groups(p<0.01), the therapeutic principle and formula is effective and valued in clinic. The study is helpful for treatment of the cough caused by exogenous evils. |
