New Antibacterial Drugs Linezolid And Its Derivatives Of Synthetic Research

The process of antibacterial agent , Linezolid, was studied in this paper. The design and synthesis of its derivatives were reported as well.The action mechanism of all kinds of antibacterial agents was introduced simply in the paper. Linezolid , a new antibacterial drug, was introduced in detail, including its antibacterial mechanisms, pharmacological properties. The process of Linezolid was researched particularly. With morpholine and 3,4-difluoronitrobenzene as the starting materials, it had been prepared in seven-step procedure with overall yield of 28.1%.Based on the analysis of structure-activity relationships (SAR) of Linezolid analogues, four new compounds were designed and prepared. The structures of Linezolid and its derivatives were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR and MS.The pharmacological evaluation of these target compounds is under study.
