Normalized The Long Tongmai Treated Clinical And Experimental Study Of Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

Clinical ObservationObjective: To observe the therapeutical effects of Gui Long Mai Yin (GLTMY) in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis infarctional patients (CASIP).Methods:215 cases of pathologically proven CASIP were divided into study group (132 cases) and control group (83 cases) at random. At the base of routine treatment of the original illness ' s complication . For study group, GLTMY was tsken orally; for the control group, FuFang Dan Shen Pian were taken orally. Result: After treatment, two groups all improved significantly on TC, TG, HDL-C, AI (P<0.01),Compared with the control group ,the study group decreased significantly on TC, TG (PO.01), After treatment, all items of the rhealogical state of patient in study group were improved (P<0.05), Compared with the control group ,other items had all noticeable difference (P<0.05) or more noticeable difference (P<0.001) except for PCV . Conclusions: GLTMY can improve levels of blood liquid and rhealogical state of CASIP.accelerrate the recovery of hemiplegia and aphasia caused by cerebral infarction.
