N-disubstituted-5 - Hydroxy-1h Indole-3 - Carboxylic Acid Ester Derivatives

The development of anti-influenza agents was described in this paper,including their antiviral mechanisms. Based on the analysis of structure-activity relationship (SAR) of Arbidol analogues, Nine new derivatives of 4-(substituted aminomethyl) -5-hydroxy-l-alkyl-2-(phenylthio methyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride (1) and six new derivatives of 6-bromo-2-(arylthiomethyl)-4-(dimethylaminomethyl)-5--hydroxy-1-methyl-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester hydrochloride(2) were designed and synthesised. Their structures were confirmed by IR and1H-NMR.Their antiviral activities are being in study.
