The object of my thesis is Gegen Qinlian'Decoction which comes out of Zhangzhongjing' "Treatise on Febrile Diseases Caused by cold".I studied on the stata of chemical ingredients by rattern recognition on the basis of HPLC quantitative analysis of single TCM.Adopting clustering analysis on the samples that came from different places, achieve this result:the classification of Radix Puerariae Rhizoma , Coptidis and Radix Suetellariae are notable. The sample identification rate is 91.67% through the analysis of faint. Artificial Neural Networks(ANN). Which indicates the rationality of unitary analysis. The technic parameters of HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Puerariae , Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Suetellariae are established primarily, which was applied in patent medicine.Evaluate the prescriptions by homogeniged design. Investigate the dispensational relationship among these 4 TCM, and the rationality of the dosage. Via the study on pharmacokinetics, supply the gist for clinic.My thesis are base on TCM theories and modern means, and apply identification of TCM analysis of TCM, pharmacology of TCM, maths, computer technic estabished, etc. chemical mode identification method for synthetically evaluating the interal quality of Gegen Qinglian Decoction. The result is reracious, believable. Wish it can supply a new method for study on compound.
