| ObjectiveBased on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Modern Medicine, this experiment explores the regulate effect of Dingchuantang atomization inhale in immune function and microbial flora in respiratory tract of the Asthmatic Guinea Pigs.MethodsSet up the Asthmatic Guinea Pigs model by making the allergic animals reinhale the same anaphylactogen. Experiment index were observed.ResultsCompared with control group, the quantity of bacteria of asthma model group increases greatly, mast cells release more active granules, content of serum total complements decrease sharply (P<0. 05). The quantity of Staphylococcus aureus of Dingchuantang group has no obvious difference with the control group(P>0.05), the quantity of a -hemolytic streptococcus and Candida albicans rise a little (P<0. 05), but decrease greatly compared with the asthmas model group. Compared with asthmas model group, latent period is longer in Dingchuantang group (P<0. 01), rate of mast cells granules release decreases greatly(P<0. 01), content of serum total complements has no obvious change(P>0. 05).ConclusionsDingchuantang atomization inhale can improve unbalanced microecology which is caused by asthma, enhance the defensive function, reduce the incidence of asthma through the regulation to immune function. |
