The date of intraosseous hypertension were disposed through T-test ,the date of marrow blood hemorrheology were disposed through q-test.ResultThe result of this experiment indicate that the pathological changes of right knee joint in the rabbits of the model group were smiliar to that in early human OA: the intraosseous hypertension of the model group was higher than the one of the normal group ( P<0. 01) , the hemorrheology of marrow blood of the model group were alter relative to the normal group ( P <0. 01 ) .After the therapy of 3 weeks, the hemorrheology and intraosseous hypertension return to balance ( P>0. 05) ,but the effect of contrast group were deficiency.ConclusionWith GUTONG cream sprend were availability for debase the rabbit knee's intraosseous hypertension, in evidence ameliorate the hemorrheology of marrow blood, and renew to well-balanced , accordingly stay the retreat of joint gristle , be propitious to the restore of the joint gristle.
