| Object: This experiment aims at a primary exploration about the effect and the action mechanism for ati-depression oral liquids.dependent upon the observation of how the depression-model mouse's behavior ,monoaminergic and cholinergic neurotransmitte in its brain get influnced by the oral liquid in question.methods: Divide 87mice into 6 teams, the normal, the depression model, the comparative team fed with western medicine and 3 other teams fed respectively with anti-depression oral liquids of high ,medium and low dosage .Then set up a typical depression model of animal by means of "Porsolt" .that is forcing the mice to swim .Mix GAN MAI DA ZAO TANG with BAI HE DI HUANG TANG plus SUAN ZAO REN by JIN KUEN YAO LUE to prepare reagent for the team under Chinese medication ,while make aqueous solution of amitriptyline for the team under western medicine .Infuse mice of these two teams respectively with the 2 kinds of solution ,one time each day, 15days in all .Watch the mice's behavior and detect the variation of the monoaminergic neurotransmitter and cholinesterase in their limbic system with fluorescence spectrometre.result: Mice under depression model were found that their non-swimming time got prolonged and spontaneous acting decreased ,meanwhile the minoaminergic neurotransmitter was found reduced as well as the cholinesterase more active ,which absolutely identily with the sympton and the mechanism of depression. While the teams infused with anti-depression of high and midium dosage were found that the mice's sympton got obviously impoved, their non-swimming time shortened ( P<0.05 ) and spontuneous actings increased ( P<0.05 ) , and that ,improved the monoaminergic neurotraneous content inbian of limbic system as well as decreased thecholinesterase's activeness. Comparing with the team under western medicine ,chinese medicine did better to cintrol cholinesterase. Howerer, it diesnt make any sense statistically, for there is no sharp difference in non-swimming time,raising spontaneous acting and in content of monoaminergic neurotraneous between them.conclusion : IT's a typical depression model for animals adopted in this experiment. In researching the mechanism of depression, the modern medicine has formed several kinds of doctine, one of which considers monoaminergic neurotraneous's content decreasing and cholinesterase's activeness raising as crucial factors that would reduce cholinergic neurotransmitter and furtheriy cause depression. Dependent upon this experiment ,anti depression oral liquid has manifested a proper effect raising the content of monoaminergic neurotraneous , .decreasing the activeness of cholinesterase by which it could make them in good balance under the normal physiology situation and eventually improving the clinic sympton of depression. The shortening of mice's non-swimming time as well as the increasing of their spontaneous acting ,has positively indicated anti-depression oral liquid therapy effect from the experimented angle. |
