Suppression Of Clinical Studies Of Pancreatic Mixture Treatment Of Acute Hemorrhagic Necrotizing Pancreatitis

This article study the efficiency and the action elements of YI-YI Decoction in treating the acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis from theory and clinic. It is based on the theory of TCM and combined with clinical exercise. In the theory part, this article analyzed pathogen, pathogenesis and treating progress of AHNP by analyzing ancient literature and combining modern doctor research, and referred to that blood stasis is the basic pathology factor. In the clinic part, we look YI- YI Decoction combining with the synthesizes of treat as the treat group, and treat 15 cases of AHNP, compare with the control group of the synthesizes of treat from the duration of symptom relief, sign , SAmy, UAmy and Hemorrheology. In the result part, we studied curative effect of YI-YI Decoction in treating AHNP from the clinical Lab result(the duration of symptom relief, sign , physics and chemistry test recovery normality and so on)and modern pharmacology research. These results suggest that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is very effective in the treatment of AHNP. And this can afford valid treatment method for a part of the patients suffered from the AHNP. It also can base for manufacturing Chinese traditional medicine.
