In this article, To treat hyperkinesias in apoplexy hemiplegia by routine therapy and scalp acupuncture. Make apoplexy hemiplegia as study object and hyperkinesias as research pivot. adopt the Ashowrth of recovering from illness which in common use modification in educational circles the spasm to assess the class and simplify the Fugl- Meyer evaluation method, Blarthel ADL index to assess the degree of hyperkinesias, the level of exercise function and daily life ability. To observe the influence of scalp acupuncture on the degree of hyperkinesias, the level of exercise function and the ability of daily life . 60 cases of disease were randomly divided into treatment group with body and scalp acupuncture and the control group with body acupuncture. The result is as follows:1.the effective rate was 90% in the treatment group by nourish liver benefit kidney and dredge the channel with scalp acupuncture, but the other is 66. 7% in the control group with nourish liver benefit kidney and dredge the channel, there is a significant difference between the two groups( P<0. 01).2.both two groups can make significant improvement on the level of exercise function and the ability of daily life after treatment( P<0. 01), but the two groups has no obvious difference (P>.05). The conclusion of this article :The scalp acupuncture can alleviate thelevel of hyperkinesias in apoplexy hemiplegia.
