Centering Capsule Experiments On Rats With Myocardial Infarction Ventricular Late Potentials And Qt Dispersion

Objective: This experiment inquires into the function mechanism and the treatment function of Traditional Chinese Medicine DingXinJiaoNang on the VLP and QTd of the Myocardial Infarction big rats. Methodes: Adopting the models of the Myocardial Infarction big rats, elect the VLP disease big rat to start experiment. These big rats were divided into four groups. Observing the changes of the Traditional Chinese Medicine DingXinJiaoNang and the western medicine YiBoDing to the VLP and QTd of the Myocardial Infarction big rats, and the changes of the ventricles muscle microstructural of the Myocardiai Infarction big rats. Results: The MI model big rats group compared to the normal big rats group, the rate of the VLP disease was higher obviously, the QTd was enlarged obviously (P<0.05). The Traditional Chinese Medicine DingXinJiaoNang group and the western medicine YiBoDing group compared to the MI big rat group, the rate of the VLP disease was lower and the QTd became smalle (P<0.05). The Traditional Chinese Medicine the big amount of DingXinJiaoNang group and the western medicine YiBoDing is resembles to change the VLP and the QTd of the MI big rat (P>0.05). Conclusion: The experiment result expressed the big amount to DingXinJiaoNang and YiBoDing can also inprove the VLP and QTd of the MI big rats, with preventing and curing the Severe Ventricular Arrhythmia of the MI. Explaining there is vast foreground of the YiQiYangYinHuoXue Traditional Chinese Medicine preventing and curing the Severe Ventricular Arrhythmia.
