| Diabetes is part of Xiaokebing. As the period of disease getting longer, blood stasis and Syndrome of Xueyu are appeared no matter what nourishing qi, nourishing yin, nourishing qi and yin, nourishing yin and yang are. Syndrome of Xueyu generally exist in Type2 diabetes. Blood stasis is basic pathogenesis of accompanied disease of diabetes development. Thus, Method of Huoxuehuayu has a important meaning to the development of accompanied disease of diabetes.This clinical study mainly focus on Xueyu syndrome. The thesis including two parts covering literature review and clinical study. There are three reviews in the first part. They are reviewed the origin of Xueyu, the origin of Xiaokebing and discuss the relationship between syndrome of Xueyu with accompanied disease of diabetes. Through statistical analysis on the data got from 110 patients, discuss the relationship between syndrome of Xueyu and non-syndrome of Xueyu with accompanied disease of diabetes; discuss the relationship between syndrome of Xueyu and non-syndrome of Xueyu with medical index; discuss the similarities between syndrome of Xueyu and the other pattern identification.The result shows: 1 There are not similarities bewteen syndrome of Xueyu and accompanied disease of diabetes. We can consider that this is related to the imperfection of standard diagnosis of Xeuyu syndrome. Thus, it has to be completed perfectly with the connection of microscopical analysis (coronaryarteriography, FFA, CT). 2 There are similarities bewteen syndrome of Xueyu and GHB, FIB, age, disease years. GHB has a relationship between blood sugar control and the appearance of Xueyu in diabetes. If you use this method of Huoxuehuayu at the beginning of diabetes, you can get a good effect. Fib is standard dignosis of Xueyu. There are not similarities bewteen syndrome of Xueyu and the other medical index(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C etc). 3 There are not similarities bewteen syndrome of Xueyu and the other pattern identification. Xueyu is a single symptom of diabetes. This is not directly related to nourishing qi, yin and yang. |
