| With the development of living level, hyperlipidemia tends to bemore and more and is becoming the main diseases harming the mankindhealthiness 。 Hyperlipidemia is a kind of abnormal serum lipidmetabolization.。It has a seriously bad effect on the people's health.It is an important factor in cerebral apoplexy,coronary heart diseaseand cardiac muscle infarct. Based on the close relationship with theatherosclerosis, there is no doubt that hyperlipidemia is a major,independent risk factor for morbidity and mortality of cardiovasculardisorders. Therefore, how to prevent and cure of hyperlipidemia is alsothe focus of the medical research. The author sum up opinions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)and reviews western medicine in the etiology, pathogenesis,differentiation, epidemiology and the therapy of hyperlipidemia andothers. We can draw a conclusion that the treatmention ofliporegulation should take more improtant position in the preventionand therapy of CHD and stroke. To determine the effect and safety of wu wei jiang zhiCapsule,which is taken by 60 patients with hyperlipidimia. Methods:A 8-week randomized double-blind double imitate-control parallelobservational study. According to the theory of TCM,the author observeswu wei jiang zhi Capsule'curative rate in Dongzhimeng hospital ofTCM .results: wu wei jiang zhi Capsule improves the patient ofhyperlipidemia' symptoms and signs and decreases the level of totalcholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol andincrease the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol. From what I have mentioned above,it is concluded that wu wei jiangzhi Capsule is a good prescription on treatment of hyperlipidemiapatient belonged to stagnation of blood.,and it suggests that it isworthy to be studied deeply. |
