It is a good news for the hypertension patients and will create great social and economic values.Until recently, our group has completed the following research: Firstly, we have studied on the formulation technologies of the Cataplasma patch including the authentication of the rural drugs, the extraction and refiner crafts research and set up a series of quality evaluation standards for it.Secondly, we studied systematically its drug release and percutaneous absorption mechanisms. We firstly set up a series of methods for detecting the active ingredients of the Cataplasma patch and also studied how the important factors influence the drug release and percutaneous absorption results. And then, we have researched deeply the mechanisms of the drug release and percutaneous absorption processes.
