| Objective To Study the relationship between the u-PA,u-PAR expression in the stomach carcinoma, in order to explore the significance of u-PA u-PAR in the invasion and metastasis of the stomach carcinoma. Methods To detect the u-PA and u-PAR's mRNA in the tissues of stomach carcinoma in the group of metastasis and non- metastasis with RT-PCR, analyze the each sample relative desity with image analyzer. To detect the u-PA and u-PAR in the tumorous tissues ,para-tumorous tissues ,lymphnodes from 45 cases patients with the stomach carcinoma with the technology of tissue microchip and immunohisto chemistry, also Compared with the clinical pathology. Results u-PA mRNA expression was 0.639 + 0.052 in the group no metastasis, was 0.864 + 0.082 in the metastasis group ; uPAR mRNA expression wasO.692 + 0.0451 in the group no metastasis, was 0.907± 0.076 in the metastasis group. The expression of u-PA and u-PAR were higher in the group of with metastasis than those without metastasis. u-PA positive rate was68.88% in the 45 cases tumorous tissues, was6.66% in the45 cases para-tumorous tissues ,was 44.73% in the lymphnodes tissue of the 38cases,was 79.41% in the 34 case with metastasis; u-PAR positive rate was 72.94% in the 45 cases tumorous tissues, was 4.11% in the45 cases para-tumorous tissues ,was 47.36% in the lymphnodes tissue in the 38 cases,was 73.52% in the 34case with metastasis. The expression of u-PA and u-PAR was not related with sex,age, tumor location, pathologic type, TNM stage.was related with lymphode metastasis and remote invasion ,the p was below 0.05.Conclusion u-PA and u-PAR were the good biology indexes of reflecting stomach carcinoma 's process, were good prognostic factors in clinical diagnosis for stomach carcinoma. |
