Danqi Injection Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (qdbs) Clinical Studies

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective and safety of DanQi Inj to coronary angina pectoris (pattern of vital energy denficiency and blood stasis) through comparison with DanShen Inj,and explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application. Methods1. Clinical data: All the patients came from Hu bei Hospital of TCM,from July,2003 to December ,2004. 96 patients were collected and randomly divided into the theatment group (48cases) and the comparison group(48cases). All the patients'clinical symptoms conform to the diagnosis standard of stable angina pectoris, and at the same time ,conform to the pattern of vital energy deficiency and blood stasis.2. The medicial usage: The patients in treatment group were cured with DanQi Inj 20ml iv drip which were mixed with 0.9% Sodium chloride solution 250ml each time , qd and comparison group DanShen Inj 10ml iv drip which were mixed with 0.9% Sodium chloride solution 250ml each time, qd. One period of treatment was 14 days. During the course ,others that would have an effect on the result were forbidden, including other drugs for treating angina pectoris ,fat food , acridity food ,smoking and drinking. The serious one could take Nitroglycerin in need.3. The curative effective and safety observation and test: For all the patients, general conditions, angina pectoris sympotoms,ECG , sympotoms and signs were all observed .In addition , blood route , urine route ,stool route ,liver kidney function ,blood liquid and hemorheology were tested before and after the treatment.4. The Stat. method: The data was analyzed after observation. The count materials ,the measuring materials and the grade materials were examined with X2, T-test and Ridit respectively.Result1. The clinical curative effective of angina pectoris sympotoms: The treated group : obvious effective rate 45.8%, progressive rate25%,total effective rate 70.8%; The controlled group : obvious effective rate 22.9%, progressive rate 37.5%,total effective rate 60.4%. The obvious effective rate of the treated group was better than that of the controlledgroup(P<0.05).2. Electrocardiogram: The treated group: obvious effective rate39.58% progressive ratel8.75%,total effective rate 58.33%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 20.83%, progressive rate22.92%,total effective rate 43.75%. The obvious effective rate of the treated group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).3. The therapeutic efficiency of symptoms and signs: The treated group: cured rate 10.42%, obvious effective rate50%, progressive rate33.33%,total effective rate 93.75%; The controlled group : cured rate 4.17%, obvious effective rate35.42%, progressive rate39.58%,total effective rate79.17%. The effective rate of the treated group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).4. The hemorheology: The effects in treated group were better than that of the controlled group .5. The blood liquid :There were no obvious differences happened in either treatment group or comparison group .6. The badness and side-effect :There were no side-effects in both groups.ConclusionThis study proved that DanQi Inj is better than DanShen Inj in the therapy of coronary angina pectoris , which can improve clinical symptoms, ECG, symptoms and signs and hemorheology. In a conclusion ,DanQi Inj has a good prospect for clinic and could be widely used.
