Lung Cancer, Hif-1¦Á Expression And Angiogenesis And Apoptosis Of The Relationship And Significance

Objective TO investigate the expression of HIF-1α and itsrelationgship to angiogenesis and apoptosis in lung cancer, and evaluate its roles in the transformation of lung cancer.Methods The expression of HIF-1α was detected byimmunohistochemical staining in normal lung tissue, benign lung lesion, precancerous lesion, carcinoma in situ, lung cancer and lymph node with metastatic lung cancer. Expression of VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical staining in lung cancer. Apoptotic cell was detected with a nonradioactive 3' -end DNA labeling technique(TUNEL reaction) in part of lung cancer.Result The positive rate of HIF-1 α was similarly in precancerous lesion, carcinoma in situ, lung cancer and lymph node with metastatic lung cancer, and remarkably higher than that in normal lung tissue and benign lung lesion.
