Pathogenesis Of Metabolic Syndrome In Type 2 Diabetes Syndromes In Clinical Research

The article includes two parts: review literature and clinical study.Review literature parts : The first part—the progress of MS in TCM systematically reviews the researching progress of MS in TCM in recent ten years about the name of disease , etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis , Concentrating method ,prescription and pharmacon etc , and fully summarizes the researching recent developments of the key of MS—insulin resistance in TCM , and concisely observes some issues and deficiencies in present research and directions of development and prospects in the future . The second part—the progress of MS in modern medicine relatively systematically summarizes the international researching overview of the MS and IR about basic definition , epidemiology, etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis , diagnostic criteria , the method of detection , the relationship with many other diseases , the method of therapy and so on.Clinical study part: Objective: 1. To observe the mobility of MS in DM2. 2. In the instruction of TCM entrails theory, to analyze and investigate the pathogenesis and symptom-complex of the MS in DM2 from combining with modern investigating outcome of triple warmer and toxin. Methods : According to detecting the whole indicatrix of the 214 DM2-patients with different differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome (dryness-heat and yin asthenia , deficiency of both QI and YIN, asthenia of both YIN and YANG) . Result :1. The mobility of MS is significantly correlated with TCM syndrome difference-types of DM2 , which is : type of asthenia of both YIN and YANG >type of deficiency of both QI and YIN> type of dryness-heat and YIN asthenia .2. The mobility of MS increases gradually along with appearance and development of deficiency of vital energy and YAND asthenia. Conclusion: 1. Functional disorder of triple warmer is morbidity foundation of MS. 2.Toxic-evil is origin of evolutionary of MS' pathogenetic condition .3. Toxic-evil damages healthy energy , so from enough to deficiency , entrapment of asthenia and sthenia is common pathogenesis and symptom-complex of MS in DM2.
