ObjectiveTo collect the clinic datum impersonalitily,completely and exactly by founding the mathematics model on the base of the lack of the kidney function of the diabetes nephropathy. To Manage to establish the computer system flat roof of the clinic curative effect test design and the statistic analysis by founding the data-base and utilizing the reasonable statistic method on the base of the software SAS. To explore a method to make TCM standard and modern.MethodsThe research depends on the task of National Chinese Medicine Administer Bureau and the importance investigation plan of National Natural Science Fund.And the research takes the tenth key problem during five years as the investigation object,establishing a computer system flat roof by the software SAS and analyzing the statistic datum reasonably,estimating the curative effect of disease.Further,aiming at the character of the data,we established the database by Visual FoxPro6.0 to collect the data and to administer the data. Through surveying 243 cases, we dispart the 243 cases into three groups and we analyze and evaluate TCM syndrome,quality of life and security,combining many centers survey, random sample, parallel survey and blinding.ResultsWe combine the database with the information flat roof to analyze the clinical curative effect.Comparing the collectivy curative effect of the three groups on the base of the flat roof,group A(Chinese medicine) overmatch highly group B (western medicine)and group C(Chinese medicine and western medicine),P<0.05,while the difference of group B and group C is not obvious,P>0.05.Comparing the TCM syndrome curative effect of the three groups, group A and group C overmatch highly group B,P<0.05, while the difference of group A and group C is not obvious,P>0.05.And the integral of TCM syndrome of all the three groups meliorates extraordinary,Pall<0.01.But in the fact of melioration of the kidney...
