Histiocytic necrotizingly mphadenitis ( HNL ) ,the other name is Kukuchi Fujimoto disease.HNL was found in Japen in 1972 by Kukuchi and Fujimoto. The characteristices of HNL is get heat,low leucocyte,antibiotic is no use,recover by itself and diagnosed by pathology. In this article, two parts are included. One is the literature review, the other is the clinical study report. the clinical study report is all of the clinical report which was clinical diagnosed is NHL from 1979 to 2005. We hope to provide some clinical treatment gist for HNL through chinese medicine treatment.The clinical study report is all of the clinical report which was clinical diagnosed is NHL from 1979 to 2005.I read 58 patients who have lymphadenectasis.4 of them have pathology diagnose and 12 of them is clinical diagnose.we summarized the patients age,the position of lymphadenectasis,the course of diseases and so on.Because of the heat of NHL last a long time,it is eazy to consumption of body-fluid.So we put the emphases in the issue of consumption of body-fluid。We put HNL into three phases.The first phase is that the patient have the typecal representation of HNL and have no representation of consumption of body-fluid,so we treat it by heat-clearing and detoxicating,brood sputamentum eliminating stagnation.The second phase is that the patient have the typecal representation of HNL and have the representation of impairment of bodyfluid,so we treat it by clear heatable eliminating stagnation and to increase overcast .The third phase is that the patient do not have the typecal representation of HNL and have the representation of consumption of body-fluid,so we treat it by to increase overcast strengthening body resistance.After summarized the clinical study report,the conclusion is that:...
