Primary Hyperlipidemia Tcm Syndromes And Objective Indicators

The thesis mainly includes two parts: literature summarizing and clinicalstudy. The literature summarizing is about the opinions of reviews western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)in the etiology,pathogenesis, differentiation, epidemiology and the therapy of hyperlipidemia and others. In clinical study part, this study is under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory and use modern statistical methods, probes into TCM typing pattern of primary hyperlipemia and relationship with sex, age, BMI, laboratory indices such as TC,TG,LDL-C, HDL-C, ApoAI, ApoB of the 120 patients with primary hyperlipemia. Then to form the theory basis on TCM microco smic dialectic.Results: 1. There is a remarkable statistical difference in the age group over the distribution of the 5 TCM types(P<0.01);and there is no significant statistical difference in the sex, clinical categorization of hyperlipemia, and other accompanying diseases over the distribution of the 5 TCM types (P>0. 05).2. the type of hyperlipemia syndrome has not very close relativity with TCM symptoms. 3. Logistic regression analysis show that TCM types of primary hyperlipemia has some relation with laboratory indices such as TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, ApoAI, ApoB. .Conclusion: 1. Stagnation of phlegm and deficiency of Para-kidney andspleen-yang are important typing of primary hyperlipemia; Para-kidney deficiency, deficiency of the spleen, stagnation of phlegm, and blood stasis are important pathogeneses of primary hyperlipemia; 2. TCM types of primary hyperlipemia patients are closely related to their ages, the type of hyperlipemia syndrome has not very close relativity with TCM symptoms. 3. TCM types of primary hyperlipemia has some relation with age, sex, BMI and laboratory indices. As the patients'ages increase, the types of thedeficiency of Para-kidney and spleen-yang increase; As the BMI of prima ryhyperlipemia patients increase, the degree of stagnation of phlegm worsens; and the man is the most. 4.TCM types of primary hyperlipemia has some relation with laboratory indices such as TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, ApoAI,ApoB. Then suggestive that the lipemia laboratory indices can be one of the objective basis on TCM dialectic.Through our research into the TCM syndrome pattern of primary hyperli pemia, our study revealed the clinical typing distribution and its pattern and there is some correlation between the TCM typing of primary hyperlipemia and objective examination, which is significant for the TCM study of primary...
