TCM Efficacy Relationship Of Acute Aplastic Anemia

PurposeStudy on relativity of objectivity index of AAA patients and differentiation of TCM . Retrospect all AAA patients,up to 74, from 1994~2005,in XIYUAN hospital, analyzing various prognosis factor,and research the relativity of differentiation of TCM and curative effect.To detect a new way in the TCM symptoms' quantivity.MethodsTo divide AAA patients into 2 groups according to TCM differentiation that is acute tuberculosis marrow drying thermy and heat model and acute tuberculosis marrow drying asthenia cold model with control group.Compare the immune system and hematopoietic function of the 2 groups to find objectivity index difference between them and discuss the AAA mechanism.According to the fourth nation AA conference established effect criteria,comparing the curative effect of collectivity and ATG of AAA patients and analyzing various prognosis factor to discuss the relativity of differentiation of TCM and curative effect. Analyzing the change of immune index after ATG,discuss the effect mechanism of ATGResultAccording to SPSS 10.0 result and analysis(1) Compared with control group, the percentage of CD4+ is up and CD56+,CD3+DR+,CD3+CD25+ is down in AAApatients,which is differ from CAA.(2) The percentage of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+, absolute value of CD4+ and granulocyte, hyperplasia of bone marrow in acute tuberculosis marrow drying thermy and heat model is lower than that in acute tuberculosis marrow drying asthenia cold model.(3) We tolally observed 64 AAA patients' curative effect,including acute tuberculosis marrow drying thermy and heat model 37,acute tuberculosis marrow drying asthenia cold model 27, the rate of effect is separately 40.5% and 70.2%;30 AAA patients with ATG, acute tuberculosis marrow drying thermy and heat model 15,acute tuberculosis marrow drying asthenia cold model 15,the rate is 73.3% and 86.7%. The curative effect is better in acute tuberculosis marrow drying thermy and heat model than acute tuberculosis marrow drying asthenia cold model.(4) The patients with granulocyte>0.2xl09/L,using CsA before ATG and having metamorphism disease after ATG have higher rate of curative effect.ConclusionRetospecting the relativity of objectivity index of AAA patients and differentiation of TCM, Comparing the immune index with control group and analyzing the change of immune index after ATG, we find the different immunity mechanism of disease between the 2 groups.But we still need to expand sample to approve it.
