Content :Objective: To finish the preclinical study of the Chinese traditional medicine compound preparation of the Guzhizengshengning capsule.Method: 1. Prescription,Processing study: The prescription of the Guzhizengshengning capsule comes from the clinical experience. According to the time of the decoction, the number of the water and the time of the decoction, we use the orthogonal experiment table to ensure the decoction distill technical. 2.Quality research : According to the addenda general rule of the capsule of the Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2005 part 1 , we taken lots of quality studies about guzhizengshengning capsule ,such as: character, distinguish, heavy metal, arsenic salt , weight differential , microorganism limit , assay . Making micro-distinguish , having TLC distinguish trial of Panax-notoginseng and Eupolyphaga-seu-steleophaga and making the study about the supplementary materials disturb. Determine the content of the Rg1 ,Rb1 and R1 use HPLC method. The filler is octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica. There are two kinds of mobile phase .One is methy1 cyanide-0.05% phosphoric acid (21.5:78.5), another is methy1 cyanide-water (33:67), use 203nm as the detection wavelength , velocity of flow is 1ml/min. First determine the ginsenoside Rg1,R b1 with mobile phase 1, then determine the content of the notoginsenoside R1 with mobile phase 2. Method study indicated that this method has strong specialization, and is easy to operate .We draft out the quality standard draft of the guzhizengshengning capsule throughout the quality study. 3. Stability study: According to the demand of the guidance principle of the stability of the preparation of the Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2005 part 1.
