Objectives:1 .to develop a set of three-dimension control aiming device for cervical pedicle which can control the angle of rotation by means of axial moving distance on the principle of the screw micrometer;2 to check the entity and morphylogy of the dry cervical specimens and measure the dimensions of the normal adult cervical X-ray planes in order to compare their results;3.to provide anatomic and morphylogic reference evidence to the determine of the insert point by means of measuring normal adult cervical X-ray planes and dry cervical specimens with using the aiming device;4.to confirm method of personalized screw insertion through morphylogic measuring using the three-dimension control aiming device.Methods:1.helical computed tomography made in GE company of USA which model number is CT/E, digital X-ray machine made in TOSHIBA company of Japan which model number is HUALUN 500mA, vernier caliper and angle protractor were used.To measure the transverse (TA)and sagittal (SA) angles of the pedicle axis,the distances(PD)of the two projective point of pedicle axis on the lateral mass and vertical distances(PHD) of the connective line of the two points to the highest point of vertebra arch by methods of naked eyes observation and taking anteroposterior position ,45' oblique position X-ray planes and computed tomography scaning along pedicle axis with chosen dry cervical specimens from C3 to C7 of eight bodies;to ofmeasure SA,PDand PHD of pedicle axis in the X-ray planes with chosen eighty normal adults cervical X-ray planes. At last,these three results were compared with unpaired t examination to confirm their difference;2.to determinate the relation of the insert point on the horizontal line and the highest point of vertebra arch by means of measuring PHD of dry cervical specimens and their morphylogy data and nomal adult cervical X-ray planes;...
