Surgical Treatment Of Acetabular Fractures And Complications Discussed

[Objective] to discuss the operation methods and prevention of correlated deuteropathies of acetabulum fracture, and to determine the best therapy of acetabulum fracture.[Method] 35cases of displaced acetabulum fracture were cured by operations, all of the cases were classified by Letoure-Judet method, 20 cases used Kocher-langenback route,6 cases usediliaccrest groin route, 6 cases used former-back combine route, according to the fracture types and displacement. Opening replacement and fixation by reconstructional plates and bolts.[Results] all of the cases were followed-up 21.3 months in average (3-36 months), and evaluated by Merled'Aubigne and Poste grade standard, superior: 15 cases, good: 10 cases, difference: 5 cases. Choiceness rate: 71.4%. 4 cases obtained myositis ossifi cans. 4 cases obtained putrescence of head of femur, 4 cases obtained traumatic arthritis. No infection, death and disunion.[Conclusion] to estimate the fracture type and displacement accurately before operations, select proper operation routes,anatomize replacement,adamancy fixation, accurate function exercises after the operation are the most important way to improve the curative effects of acetabulum fractures.
