Que-Yang-Kang which is a Tibetan compound prescription is an experiential recipe ofi Tibetan medical master-Cuoru ? Cailang. Primary ingredients in the prescription is Radix etRhizoma Rhodiolae. And the adjuvant includes several common herbs treated anoxia in altiplano such as Flos Gentianae(Gentiana przewalskii Maxim.). Que-Yang-Kang possess of the efficiency of supplement Qi for activating Blood circulation, dredge the meridian and relieve asthma. It is used to cure Blood stagnation due to Qi Deficiency, precordial pain due to obstruction of Qi in the chest, hemiplagia due to apoplexy, fatigue and asthma. The article has screening the anti-anoxic effective fraction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae and Que-Yang-Kang compound prescription by the means of laboratory animal experiments and measurement to activity of cells. Then phytochemical research methods including extraction, separation and purification, and high performance liquid chromatograph fingerprinting technologies have been carried out, aimed at illuminating preliminary the effective subsistence basis against anoxia in altiplano in Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae and Que-Yang-Kang compound prescription.1 Anti-anoxic pharmacological screening researches of Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae and Que-Yang-Kang compound prescriptionIt has been carried out that the anti-anoxic pharmacological screening researches to different solvents extracting fraction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae and different extracts of Que-Yang-Kang compound prescription produced by different preparing routing. The result is disclosed that ethyl acetate extracted fraction, normal butyl alcohol extracted fraction, and water fraction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae and alcohol extracting fluid of Que-Yang-Kang separated and purified by macroporous resin possessed of anti-anoxic activity obviously.2 Studies on anti-anoxic effective components of Radix et Rhizoma RhodiolaeBy the means of systematic solvent extraction, column chromatograph and preparative thin layer chromatograph separation, 10 compounds have been gained by separated and purified from the two effective extracted fraction of ethyl acetate extracted fraction and normal butyl alcohol extracted fraction. And the structures of 8 compounds have been identified. They are salidroside,...
