| Yu huang antiviral injection was composed with honeysuckle, baicalin and ,sodium houttuy fonate.We have selected the proportion of total honeysuckle, baicalin and sodium houttuy fonate in Yu huang antiviral injection, by seven-designed method in pharmacodynamics and defined the best proportion by mathematical statistics. It has provided basis for their proportional use.The effect of Yu huang antiviral injection on antiviral,antibiosis, relieving fever, antiinflammatory,immunization enhancement,preventing cough and eliminating pglegm was preliminarily studied in this paper.The results of the antiviral test showed that Yu huang antiviral injection had significant antiviral effects on parainfluenza virus, syncytial virus, influenza virus and AD virus in vitro, antiviral test in vivo gave the result that Yu huang antiviral injection had significant inhibit effects on viral pneumonia induced by Influenza virus and respiratory tract infection induced by syncytial virus, parainfluenze virus in mice.Yu huang antiviral injection showed significant inhibit effects on Klesiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, alpha hemolytic streptococcus and hemophilies influenzae, but no effect on hemolytic streptococcus II,III and Diplococcus intracellularis in vitro. In vivo, significant protect effects were showed in mice infected by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae.Yu huang antiviral injection had antipyretic effects on fevering rat induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol and fever rabbit induced by endotoxin.The antiinflammatory effects of Yu huang antiviral injection against dimethyl benzene-induced inflammation in mice and cotton ball-induced granulation tumor in rat were studied.Yu huang antiviral injection could significantly enhanced the clearance rate of charcoal particles. The low immune function mice treated with cyclophosphamide could be remarkably enhanced by Yu huang antiviral injection. Yu huang antiviral injection had significant immunologic enhancement. |
