Objective: The purpose of this study we designed just for finding a safe and effective method which cannot aggravate the local injury as well as can treat it in the early stage to improve the recover of the local tissue, to reduce the patient's pain, to provide the theory basis for using Tuna therapy to treat the injury of the soft tissue and for verifying the easing pain relieving mechanism of Tuna therapy. The documentary reports from 80 years of twenty century have shown the main mechanism of relieving pain of Yuna therapy is to regulate theβ-EP and 5-HT in central nerve and surrounding blood system. But there are few reports about morphologic study of local soft tissue after using Tuna method especially selecting the influential point of tendons Yanglingquan to treat the injury of soft tissue. In fact, the treatment principle of manipulation is soft and light for acute soft tissue injury in clinic. If the swollen and pain is severe, the manipulation shouldn't be used otherwise the local tissue will be worsen. Bur how to master the degree of soft and light is not easy so many cases haven't been treated in early.Methods: Use 36 big ear white rabbits as the laboratorial animal and select 6 as the normal group in random. The remained 30 make the soft tissue injured model induced by a beating apparatus that made by us. After the model is succeed the animals is divided into the model group, the local group and the distant group in random. Use finger kneading manipulation in the local group in local area and Yanglingquan in distant group with frequency 120 times per minute and 5 minutes every time every day and treating for 7 days. Use the changes of theβ-EP and 5-HT in central nerve and surrounding blood system pre treating and after treating and the morphologic as the index.Results:(1) Compared with the model group, the content of theβ-EP increased and 5-HT reduced in the local group and the distant group and have no difference between the local group and the distant group.
