Qi Stagnation Gastritis Particle Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis And Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of Qizhiweiyan Keli(QZWYKL) to patients with chronic superficial gastritis belong to disharmony of the liver and the stomach.in passing cold symptom by TCM Bianzheng. To evaluate objectively the validity and security of QZWYKL in treating CSG,and search an effectual method of TCM in treating chronic superficial gastritis. Method:The qualified test-acceptors were divided into remedial group and contrastive group in propotion to 3:1. Remedial group has 90 test-acceptors and contrastive group has 30 test-acceptors.They were given the medicament on time orderly.The remedial medicament and simulant drug were numbered at random and double-blinded.QZWYKL and Weisu Chongji were 1 pouch(15grams) every time,three times a day.Two groups' course of treatment all were one month. According to the observed results, it can evaluate the treatment dffectiveness.l.The indicatrixes of treatment effectiveness (l)Accumulated score of sympotom; (2)Gastroscope esam;(3)HP exam;(4)Lively body organization exam.2.Security tests include the three frequent exams,liver function ALT,kidney function BUN.Cr andECG.At last,analysed the statistic datas with two sides test when P=0.05,it was considered as statistic meanings. Results:1.To compare the total of two group,of remedial group is 83.33%,of contrastive group is 80.00%. treament effect of both groups have no differences(P > 0.05).2.To compare the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises, remedial group and contrastive group have significant difference in front and back of treatment(P< 0.05); the comparison of two groups have no differences(P > 0.05) after treatment.3.To compare the result of Gastroscope and HP exam and lively body organization exams,treatment effect of every group has significant difference in front and back of treatment(P < 0.05); after treatment the comparison of two groups have no differences(P > 0.05).4.In the aspects of safety observing,both groups have no bad reaction. Conclusion:By one month treatment,the clinic effect of QZWYKL is a little superior to Weisu Chongji .The total treatment effect is similar.Therefore,QZWYKL is adapted to the chronic superficial gastritis patients with disharmony of the liver and the stomach,in passing cold symptom.It can either resist inflammation,mitigate ache,or restrain stomach muscle's moving,resisit stomach ulcer.It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment.
