The research of this article is about Hospital Customer Loyalty and its relative influence factors. The aims of the research are to uncover the mutual relations between Hospital Customer Loyalty and its relative influence factors , and try to analyze the strategies that how to bring up Hospital Customer Loyalty from its relative influence factors. The practice signification includes that rectifying people's limited old understanding about the "Hospital Customer Loyalty" ,and making clear the logical relations between the forming of Hospital Customer Loyalty and its each influence factors, and bringing forward several strategies that how to bring up Hospital Customer Loyalty, and providing the endeavor orientation for the hospital that want to form Hospital Customer Loyalty.There are three parts in this article. The first part is the expounding about the basic theories which will be used in the research. In this part, the article provides the definitions of Hospital Customer, Hospital Customer Loyalty and Hospital Customer Satisfaction, and discusses the multidimensional characteristic of the Hospital Customer Loyalty and the relations between Hospital Customer Loyalty and Hospital Customer Satisfaction.The second part is the general research about Hospital Customer Loyalty. In this part, the article firstly analyzes the particularity of the medical treatment and medical treatment demand, then it analyzes the mode that Hospital Customer Satisfaction, Hospital Customer Belief and restriction effect Hospital Customer Loyalty.The third part is the analysis of the strategies that how to bring up Hospital Customer Loyalty. In this part, the article brings forward four strategies: making target market strategies, establishing interlocution with IMC, improving apperceived service quality of the Hospital Customer and using service remedy.The article mainly makes progresses in:...
