The factors influencing Taqman polymerase chain reaction detecting P22phox gene C242T and RAGE gene G1704T polymorphism were studied. The results revealed the optimum conditions: annealing temperature of PCR was 55℃ ; probe concentration of Taqmqn PCR was 0.4μmol/L; the optimum annealing temperature of the probe was 53℃. The information in this study may be useful to relative experiment.
