| This thesis is mainly composed of two sections: document summary and clinical research.1. Document summaryThis part includes two pieces of summary. The point of view of Chinese traditional medical ancient books on facial nerve paralysis and the clinical research on this disease in recent time.First, there are lots of theses about facial nerve paralysis in Chinese traditional medical ancient books and of all these books the《Huang di Neijing》and《Jin kui Yao lue》are the most representative ones. Besides, there are also many other theses which completely discussed the pathogeny, symptom, diagnosis and treatment of facial nerve paralysis.Second, the answers and evidences of the following questions can be known in the recent clinical research, such as which time to start the acupuncture treatment, which kind of acupuncture treatment is more suitable, whether the experiential caves are effective, whether the different treatments by stages are more effective than the same way all the curing time and whether the synthetical way is better than the single way of curing.2. Clinical researchThis part studies the curative effect of curing the the facial nerve paralysis by needle thorning"Tuimianjia"cave(3 cuns up to the medial part of the ankle, on the shin bone face).Studying method: choose 32 examples of the simple physically face paralysed patients and randomly part them into two groups, one is observation group(adding needle thorning"Tuimianjia"cave) and the other is contrast group(no adding), and then estimate the curative effect after 1 month curing.Result: The curative effect of observation group is notably better than the contrast group. This result can draw the conclusion that the needle thoring"Tuimianjia"cave is really effective to the facial nerve paralys. |
