| Obiective: The malposition of vertebrol facet joints aroud cervicothoracic part is a common disease in clinical practice. There is not a unified standard in cause of the disease ,pathogenic mechanism ,clinical diagnosis and treatment. Our reserch has analysised the cause of the disease ,pathogenic mechanism and drawn-up the diagnosis standard. Meanwhile ,we have found a safe and effective therapy combining acupuncture and massage through our reserch.Method:1. One hundred and twenty outpatients up to abstracting standard had been chosen and divided into two groups by random number.2.The combination of acupuncture and massage was applied in treatment group. The main steps were as following.First ,we chose Huatuojiaji acupoints from the seventh cervical vertebrae to the secend thoracic vertebrae and Ahshi acupoints .The needles which were forty millimeters long and zero point three five millimeters thick were inserted straightly ten to twenty millimeters to Huatuojiaji acupoints. Lifting and thrusting technique and uniform reinforcing-reducing method were applied. Then the needles were retained for twenty minutes. Ahshi acupoints contained pressure pain points and the points of localized hyperplasia of soft tissues as nodule. The method removing the needles immediately and repeating it for several times was used to the former and relaxing needling method was used to the latter. Second, there were three steps in the massage. They were relaxing manipulation, tectonic manipulation , pressing and separating-pushing manipulation .3.Fenbide was applied twice a day and six hundred milligram every time in the control group.4. The combination of acupuncture and massage was applied to the patients in treatment group every other day and five times became a treatment course. To the control group, ten days became a treatment course. The curative effect was observed after two treatment courses both in the treatment group and control group.Result:1. There were sixty patients in treatment group. After two treatment coursers, forty two patients recovered and it occupied 70%.Eight patients gained good effect and it occupied 13.33%.Seven patients had effect on the certain degree and it occupied 11.67%.Three patients were ineffective and it occupied 5%.In all, the total effective rate was 95%.Among the sixty patients in the control group, seventeen patients recovered and it occupied 28.33%. Fifteen patients gained good effect and it occupied 25%.Nine patients had effect on the certain degree and it occupied 15%.Nineteen patients were ineffective and it occupied 31.67%.In all, the total effective was 68.33%.It had significant difference (u=3.o17, P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indated that the effect in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group.2. The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment group could relieve the muscular tension and it could alleviate 98.33%,however, the medicine in the control group could alleviate 53.33%. It had significant difference (X2=33.149,P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indiated that the combination of acupuncture and massage could improve the muscular tension obviously.3. The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment group could relieve the localized hyperplasia of soft tissues as nodule and it could alleviate 94.73% ,however, the medicine in the control group could alleviate 52.94%. It had significant difference (X2=8.359,P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indiated that the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in this aspect.4. The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment group could relieve the revolving of corpus vertebrae and it could alleviate 76.47%, however, the medicine in the control group could alleviate 22.92%. It had significant difference (X2=28.370,P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indiated that the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in this aspect.5. The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment group could improve the change of distance between divergent spinous process and the central axis and it could alleviate 80.39%,however, the medicine in the control group could alleviate 35.42%. It had significant difference (X2=20.615,P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indiated that the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in this aspect.6.The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment group could improve the inclination degree of corpus vertebrae and it could alleviate 70.37%,however, the medicine in the control group could alleviate 17.39%. It had significant difference (X2=14.034,P<0.05)in statistical data analysis and it indiated that the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in this aspect.7.It was proved that the combination of acupuncture and massage to the malposition of vertebrol facet joints aroud cervicothoracic part was safe and reliable in safey evaluation.Conclusion:It indicated that there was a close relationship between the malposition of vertebrol facet joints aroud cervicothoracic part and the diseases in the cervical part.The two kinds of diseases had the sequence in invasion and they could either appear at the same time or appear seperately in clinical practice. The malposition of vertebrol facet joints aroud cervicothoracic part was due to the imbalance of biomechanics in spinal column. The combination of acupuncture and massage had many advantages. It was safe and easily operated , meanwhile, the effect was accurate and there was not adverse reaction in the treatment. Compared to other therapies , the combination of acupuncture and massage had better effect and was worth extensive expansion in clinical practice. |
