High-level talented person is a most important part in hospital's human resource management .The key point for the hospital's growing up and development depends on the stable mechanism of building high-level personnel training and strengthening core competition of hospital.The less developed area hospital gradually plunges itself in the competing for white-hot high-level talented person .The phenomenon that the training difficultly for High-level talented person as well as the severity of brain drain commonly exist, which is a serious restriction for the rapid,healthy and ordered development of the hospital. In the less developed area, governors of hospitals are confronted with the problem of training and stability for High-level talented person and need to solve it as soon as possible.The study object of this thesis is QianNan People's hospital. The author applied the relevant theory in Human Resource Management to define the concepts such as high-level talented person and summarized comprehensively the current condition of high-level talented person in QianNan People's hospital for the first. Through the survey of degree of satisfaction as well as the preference of resignation in the high-level talented person in QianNan People's hospital, the author adopted SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) to carry out statistic analysis and get the key point for training and stability of the talent. In accordance with the practical situation of QianNan People's hospital, the author reaches the feasible training and stability scheme for high-level talented person in QianNan People's hospital.
