Uroflowmetry has a great value in diagnosis of urination disorders. It can display the function of emiction impersonally. Through uroflowmetry graph, we can preparatorily diagnose some urination disorders such as Prostatic Hyperplasia, Urethrostenosis. Change of uroflowmetry graph can be discerned function of detrusor smooth muscle, state of bladder neck, way of urethra and relation of them.A urology surgeon that have great experience could receive some elementary diagnosis information from uroflowmetry graph. It has been seen as a mostly valuable diagnosis method about bladder outlet obstruction(BOO), So it has been think a better way of clinical value diagnosis automatically uroflowmetry graph. The thesis is one sub-item of urodynamics mashine, It is aimed to study the application of uroflowmetry graph collection processing and recognition. For this, the paper mainly includes three aspects as follows:The first aspect is that a method of upgrade RS232 device to USB device is applied. A simple and convenient method to design USB a program of collection and demonstrating is developed by Muti-Thread.The second aspect is the study and application of fitting method after introducing curve fitting method, we will study least-squares procedure used frequently in engineering fields. Then using the data picked from USB to fit the uroflowmetry curve we needed. We will encode according to least-squares procedure algorithm. The third aspect is how to recognize uroflowmetry graph. We design a recognition method based on Fisher discriminant analysis multi-class classifier. Finally, this system has obtained the good result and proved feasibility and superiority of this scheme to the collection and recognizing of the uroflowmetry graph. It has important effect of automatic diagnosis of urination disorders.
