| Objective To study the influence of the modified of "Biejiadecoction" to inhibition rate of tumor growth and T lyophocytes inH22 hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice. Methods To esterblish thetumor bearing mice by subeutaneous inoculation of H22 hepatocellulercarcinoma cell. The mice were randomized into 5 groups(The high-dosemodified "Biejia decoction" ;the medium-dose modified "Biejiadecoction" ;the low-dose modified "Biejia decoction" ;thephysiological saline group;the normal group).Measuring the tumorweight and the inhibition rate of rumor growt'h of the hepatocellularcarcinoma-bearing mice observe what the impact of modified "Biejiadecoction" to the growth of tumor ;Measuring changes of Tlymphocytes of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice observewhat impact of the modified "Biejia decoction" to the micebody. Through various indicators of the experiment to observe anddiscuss what is the best decoction dose of the high, medium and lowdosese in the treatment of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice.Results The modified "Biejia decoction" can reduce the growth oftumor to the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice. The hige-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups' autitumor effect are 56.66%,48.11%, 40.88%.The modified "Biejia decoction" can improve the Tlymphocytes, transformation in the blood. The medium-dosemodified "Biejia decoction" is the best, safe dose of the threedosese to the tumor of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearingmice. Conclusion The modified "Biejia decoction" can inhibite thetumor growth of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice. Theeffect and mechanism improve the inmmunization regulation of thehepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice. |
