Those are divided into 4 groups according to the parts of pars affectarticulation of knee 16cases, carpal articulation 6cases. scapulohumeral articulation22cases, rotator cuff trauma 8cases.Results1. Almost 16 cases have got primary intention healing in 3～18 months offollowing-up visit after operation.According to the therapeutic efficacy of Ligament of knee joint (JOA) and Lysholmaticulation of knee standard evaluate. well: no paining. down sloping or goingdownstairs is stable, to wrench is not liberty, Drawer test,Gravity test,Varus test,Valgus test are all negative. fine:light paining after heavy work, down sloping or goingdownstairs is little unstable, to wrench is little liberty, Drawer test, Gravity test,Varustest,Valgus test are all little masculine. consequence, 12pou are well.4pou are fine. thetime how long removed plaster slab is 22d,not only to shorten 1～3weeks than thatorthodox one. but also reduced stiffness of joint. Operation would become more simple if mitek used in clinical application,the less time, the more firmer..
