| Objective To explore the protective effect of Naoluotong Powder (NP) on the focal cerebral ischemia injury model of rat. It also increase the anaesthetized dog's cerebral blood flow (P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)and reduce cerebral vascular resistance(P<0.05,P<0.01 ).The 1.6 g/kg. 0.8 g/kg. 0.4 g/kg three species dosage without exception have inhibitory action to model rat blood plasma blood platelet aggregation(P<0.05). The 1.6 g/kg group has an obviously effect to reduce the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,middle shear rate,low shear rate and hematocrit compared with model group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.O01).
