| Objective:Endometriosis is one of the familiar diseases in bearing women, endometriumimplantat ovary and form Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst. Celoscope operation is theprimary one of the treatments to resect Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst. Italways has Thenecessity of pharmacotheraphy in the treatment of endometriosis after conservativesurgery.nowadays,there are a great many of remedies to treat endometriosis, howeverthe patients are difficult to accept because of the side-effects.The subject is to assessthe clinical effects,side-effects and the influence to the pr-egnancy rate andrecrudescence rate in combination with Dane Fukang fried cream after conservativeceloscope operation, and to search a more effective and lowerside-effects,recrudescence and economical treatment.Method:110 patients with Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst came from Department ofgynecology, the First Hospital of Wuhan,from May 2005 to Aug 2006, all patientswere married and were confirmed to have Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst by operationand post-operation pathologic diagnosis, and were randomly divided into controlgroup and treated group. The treated group had 60 patients, all cases took roally DaneFnkang fried cream afte one week for Celoscope operation, every time 10g, twiceeveryday for 3 months and withdrow in period of menstruation. The control grouphad50 patients, all cases took roally Gestrinone 2.5mg only twice weekly for 3 months,one week post operation. CA125,FSH LH and E2 in the vein blood were determinedbefore operation, having taken medicine for 3 months and Withdrawing for 6 months,finally it was to do statistical disposal and analysis in combination with pelvic cavityB ultrasonography and examination.Result: 1 The effect comparison of subjective symptom: there was no significantdifference between the two groups after withdrawal for 6 months (p＞0.05).2 after 3-month medical treatment, CA125 was decreased compared withpre-operation in two groups(p＜0.05), but there was no significant difference betweenthe two groups (p＞0.05); there was no significant difference every group andbetween the two groups after withdrawal for 6 months compared with 3-monthmedical treatment (p＞0.05).3 after 3-month medical treatment and withdrawal for 6 months, FSH,LH,E2showed no significant difference compared with pre-operation in the treated group (p＞0.05)。after 3-month medical treatment, FSH,LH were decreased slightly,but therewere no significant difference compared with pre-operation in the controlgroup(P＞0.05), E2 was significantly decreased(P＜0.05); after withdrawal for 6months, serum parameters restored to the levels before, after 3-month medicaltreatment, E2 was significant difference in the two groups(P＜0.01).4 The pregnancy rate of control group and treated group after withdrawal ofmedicine for half year was 20.0% and 12.5%, there was no significant differencebetween the two groups (p＞0.05)。5 side-effects at the period of therapy in the treated group,2 cases haddiscomfort of the stomach and intestines way and amenorrhea, the function of Liverand Kidney had no abnormity.In the control group,2 case weight increased, Facialacne occurred in 1 case,2 cases vagin blood,mild elevation of transamine occurred in5 cases, the transamine recuperated soon after ceased taken Gestrinone and tookGlucuronolactone and Biphenyldicarboxylate at the same time.All side-effectsgradually abated and disappeared after withdrawal drug.The side-effects rate in thetwo groups had significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1 The therapeutics is effective and can meliorate evidently the subjectivesymptom.2 The therapeutics has no influence on the function of Liver and Kidney and hypothalam-pituitary-ovarian axis(HPOA),and it don't influence the ovulation and sexhormone.3 It don't reduce to amenorrhea and dysfunction of menstruation,the patients areeasy to accept. |
